This cross-sectional study, the first of its kind in India, assessed infection control-related knowledge, attitudes, and practices using a structured and validated questionnaire. Results showed that most workers demonstrated strong awareness and safe practices, reinforcing the need for ongoing education and removal of practical barriers to improve infection control and overall hospital safety.
